We want to ensure that you are satisfied with our service and our product. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we encourage you to call or email us, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases, contact us at (323) 320-4993 or email@example.com . We can help process a replacement, return, or refund.
All Unopened & defective, Items including Laser Toner, Compatible and Remanufactured and Cartridges come with a 60 days return policy.
If you were shipped the wrong item, we will replace it and ask that you send the wrong one back to process a credit.
We swiftly process returns on items that are covered under warranty and/or unopened. Refunds will be issued by the same payment method they were ordered within 2 weeks of when we receive the product back.
If you have ordered the wrong product, or if you have purchased a new printer and the product you previously bought does not go with your new printer you can exchange the product as long as it is unopened and falls within our 60 day return policy.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request and return authorization form that will include instructions on how to return your item.
We only accept products back for an exchange or refund for 60 days after the purchase was made. Only products purchased from Ink & Toner can be returned for an exchange and unopened products must be in sellable condition. Ink & Toner is not responsible for products sent to us that are past our warranty period or not ordered from our company. If we receive products that do not qualify for a refund or replacement, they will be sent to a recycling center.
